Friday I left work early to pick up the car that was back in the shop again. This time it was the starter that went bad. I’ve been tooling around all week in my brothers VW Jetta. It’s a nice car but it’s a big change from the big ol’ SUV to the Jetta. But I’m glad he still has it, otherwise I’d be stuck paying for a rental.

Friday night I was hoodwinked into a date. First we were just going to meet some where for some beers. Then though trading emails I agreed to meet her at my house and we would go out for dinner and drinks. Then the next thing I knew we were having dinner and beers. Which was great I hadn’t seen her for about 5 years. So it was a good time catching up with her. Might see her again, or maybe night I don’t know. It’s nunya anyway.

Saturday I was supposed to go to work but I just couldn’t get out of bed, or off the couch. (Which had nothing to do with Friday night.) I should have done some yard work but it will still be there next weekend.

Saturday night went to a bar in Lenexa for the KU game. The place was full but not crowded. Sat right in the front row from the 3 HD TV’s had too beers (one per half) and then went home.

Sunday I went work for 6 hours and I got more finished in that amount of time that I do all week. I have submittals for 2 projects coming up at the ned of the month plus I have the Trolley run to start training for sometime. So the rest of this week and month might be a little light on the post.
