With the inauguration out of the way its time to get on with the business of entertainment.

Wednesday is the TRIUMPHANT return of the greatest television show in the history of the World! If you don’t know what show I’m talking about then you need to check yo’ self before ya’ wreck yo’ self.

I’m talkin’ ’bout LOST! ABC’s smash hit! It’s coming back for its 5th season!

If you’re not into the show then your pretty much dead to me, and our friendship is beyond repair.

If you remember last season was tragically cut short because of the writers strike, therefore only have 13 episodes.

We left off with Jack and Benjamin Linus talking in a funeral home. Ben was telling Jack that they had to come back to the island ALL of them! Including the body of John Locke! Only they weren’t calling him Locke they were calling him Jeremy Bentham. Why? I have no idea that’s why I watch the show, dummy. To get answers to questions like that, and others.

If you have never seen the show don’t worry there is still hope for you, and our friendship, to be saved. You just need to watch the recap episode beginning at 7 pm central time (check your local listings) on ABC. (or it you want you can watch all of the episodes from every season online at ABC.COM)  Then stick around for the season premiere at 8pm. Just in case you haven’t seen the show in the past doesn’t mean that you cant start watching it now, and join all us cool kids in the discussions on twitter after the show.. In my opinion you don’t need to see past seasons to be all caught up on the mysteries.

I’ll be starting at 7:30 so, I can skip the commercials. If you don’t know this already, I will once again be enacting the Lost Blackout rules every Wednesday for 7 pm until 10 pm, every Wednesday for the next 20 or so weeks. I will not be taking phone calls, emails, text messages, twitters, or any other form of communication up to and including smoke signals. If you must contact me someone better be dead. Or you’ll be the one dead. Got it?
