Monday is Memorial Day, as I’m sure you all know. The holiday wasn’t started so we could all hit the lakes and bar-be-ques. It was created as a day of remembrance of the Military men and women who have lost their lives so that we could live in freedom in the great county.
Take a few minuets this weekend and remember what they sacrificed. Would you be willing to do the same?
Those of us that have served, today is not our day. Our day is in November, Veterans Day, this day is for the ones that never came home.
Semper Fidelis

This memorial is dedicated to all Marines that have lost there live in battle.
Have a nice weekend!
If you want to know a little bit about my time Marine Corps read this.

You are so right on this. Anyone who has served understands this all too well.

Yeah, I appreciate thanks for serving but people need to remember the people who gave more than their time.
I’d say Semper Fi, but it isn’t quite right coming out of a squid. So, I’ll just say, Amen D.

You’re right. I’ll be making my rounds to honor the memory of several loved ones. I served. It is a very solemn time for all in uniform…especially those in harms way.
Have a great weekend too.

I remember Tony’s kin folk who tried to cross the border illegally and died.
I’m Sorry Tony.
