Mine went from great to shitty in a matter of seconds.

We’ll get to the great part once I have a confirmation. IT’S BEEN CONFIRMED!!!!

Lets look at the shitty part.

I was driving to work, in the afternoon, along Ward Parkway, minding my own business. I was in the far left lane heading south coming up to 63rd Street. The Lexus in front of me slams on her breaks. I slammed on mine and slid right into her rear end. Smashing into her.

That is the short story. Here are the pics of the damage to my car.

Now for a more detailed version.

The first car, a Ford Taurus, driven by a young attractive lady, maybe in her mid to early 20’s, stopped at a light that had just turned yellow. (everyone knows that a yellow light means speed up, right?) The second car tries to get over to the middle lane it to go though the light but clips her rear bumper causing minor damage to the Taurus, but a good dent any way. Her car is drive able.

The 3rd car, a Lexus SUV can see all of this, and locks up her brakes. I can’t see see anything in front of her, because of the tint on the rear window was so dark that I could not see though it to see what is going on in front of her. Had I known that the first person in line slammed on her breaks at a yellow light I would have known what was going on 500 yards in front of the Lexus. The first person was rear ended by the second car just seconds before my accident.

The first car, should have recognized that the rainy conditions made the roads slick and she should have went thought the light which would have still been yellow by the time she got thought it, avoiding her accident and possibly mine.

The guy in the second car just gives her his phone number tells her he will pay for it out of his pocket and leaves, but she got his information. No one was hurt in that accident.

As the 3 of us (the lady in the first car, the lady in the Lexus, which I hit, and me) were standing there waiting for the cops to show up. A van in the far right lane slams on his breaks to avoid a car that also stopped for a light that had just turned yellow. He yaks the wheel to the right in order to avoid hitting the car in front of him. (Maybe I should have thought of that?) He runs over a no parking sign, in the process the impact with the curb flattens both of his front tires.

Are you keeping track? That’s 3 car accidents at the same light in about a15 minuets.

The girl in the first car, asked me if she could have my information. I really don’t know why, I didn’t see her accident until after mine was already over and all the pieces stopped spinning on the ground. But I give her my info and she gives me her info.

As the lady in the Lexus asks for my information she looks at my front end and says. “No front plate you must be from Johnson County”. WTF? I just give her my license and think “No ya dumb cunt, I’m from the Dotte, so watch you the fuck you talk to or I roll your ass into the ditch, cuz that’s how we roll in The DOTTE!” But what I really said was “No Wyandotte”

Stupid KCMO whore.

The Cops show up and get our information. He tells me that I should get my own tow truck and not to trust the “vultures” (his actual words) that he will end up calling. As he is filling out the report. I start the car, I don’t hear any weird noises. I get out and walk to the front of the car. Where I see actual steam coming out of the front of the radiator where their shouldn’t be steam coming out. I decide that I’m only going to be going about 20 blocks so I’m just going to drive the car home.

My last accident was when I was 18 or 19 years old. I was on I-635 doing about 75 mph when I hit a car that decided to turn left 90 degrees from the middle lane. THAT was SCARY! I t-boned a car load of Mexicans that had no insurance and the car wasn’t even theirs, but not stolen.

All my other car problems have been mechanical, or thefts.
