I would be remiss if I did not publicly congratulate Topher from I’ll Run For Donuts on his great accomplishment. No, its not running the Hospital Hill Half Mary (That’s what runners call half marathon. If it was a full marathon It would just be called a Full Mary) last weekend. That’s no big deal I’ve run one of those.

No, this is something MUCH bigger. (that’s what she said) You see a few weeks ago Topher, who was kind enough to say hello to me at a run last year. Is now an AWARD WINNING BLOGGER! He’s the first KC blogger, that I know of, to win a real award on a national level. He won the title of Best Sports Blog voted by blog readers the WORLD over!

His blog is all about running, and all the things that it entails, the wardrobe, and all the toys. He’s funny creative, and witty.

He has also become sort of a thorn in my side, but in a good way. It’s because of him (yes, I totes blame him, I also blame others but that’s for a different time) that I’m getting back in the gym and training for the Kansas City Half Mary and a Full Mary before the end of the year. He’s one of the many running blogs that I enjoy reading.
