In the interview which aired in 3 parts on Saturday. Costas asked Rogge about why softball and baseball had been eliminated from the list of events for the 2012 Olympics in London.

Rogge’s response:

• Rogge stated that the ISF (governing body of International Softball) had not done a very good job of differentiating to the IOC Board that softball was not the female version of baseball. Rogge inferred that this was critical due to the positive testing that had been rampant in MLB. Rogge also stated that many countries had one Federation that encompassed both sports and this was another reason the IOC Board Members had for removing both sports from the Olympics; the feeling being (I assume) these 2 sports were “joined at the hip”.

So the IOC does not know the difference between baseball and softball? REALLY? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Have these geeks even seen the two sports? WTF? How retarded are these members of the IOC? If baseball and softball are the same sport then so are tennis and badminton. Do they make the distinction between those two sports? Retarded.

But that is not where you should be upset.

Rogge continues:

• On the other hand, there was a little bit of a concern to have too much of a domination of always the same country winning all the medals, but I would say there is a silver lining to every cloud, and the fact the Japan has beat the United States might help the future of softball.”

There, that is where you should be pissed off. Rogge is essentially saying that because the USA women kicked so much ass over the last 12 years and no other country puts any money into any team sport we are just going to remove you from the entire Olympics. Its basically a I’ll just take my ball and go home mentality.

So I can live with all this bullshit but I can’t stick around and see the United States being punished like this. We are being punished for kicking ass, for winning. when there are other countries that dominate other sports but that sport is still in the Olympics.

• The Chinese went 8 for 8 in diving, all gold medals is that “sport” going to be eliminated? Nope!
• Are they going to remove the distance running events because the Kenya’s always win? NO
• Are they going to remove table tennis. Which has NEVER been won by any one other than the Chinese!  NEGATIVE!

This is a vendetta against the USA and our sporting domination. The can’t touch us on the field of fair play so the IOC cheats us. Buy just removing the sport. It’s fascism, it’s bullshit and I won’t stand for it!

Now I’m going to have some ice cream.

I also find it very interesting that China only won one gold medal in a team event. And that was in gymnastics and they clearly cheated at that event.

Womens Gymnastics

You all saw the finals of the uneven bar right? In what universe can a girl that can’t even land on her feet on the dismount get a gold medal? Don’t even get me started on that bullshit tie breaker rule. Even though they both had that same starting score of 7.7 difficulty. He Kexin’s of China didn’t even land on her FEET for cryin’ out loud! She landed on her knees!! While Nastia Liukin preforms a flawless routine and nails her dismount and ends up tieing her Chinese opponent. Complete rip off! Its almost as bad as the call at first base during the 1985 World Series between your Kansas City Royals and the St. Louis Cardinals. Complete horse shit!!

Comparing Athletes

Some journalist and bloggers have the nerve to compare Micheal Phelps With Usain Bolt. Really? REEAALLY? Are you fuckin’ crazy? Bolt sets only, ONLY(!) 2 Olympic records and wins both events, the 100m and the 200m sprints. Phelps sets seven, yea, I said SEVEN! Olympic records in 8, I said EIGHT, DIFFERENT events and you want to compare the two athletes? Your kidding, right?. Phelps did something NO ONE has ever done before, winning 8 gold medals in a single Olympics. Bold merely matches what has already been done by Carl Lewis in 1984 .

Let Bolt run in 8 different events, (2 of them relays) set 7 world records, and win 8 gold metals then we can compare the too. Until he does there is no comparison.

And to you Mr. Ben Johnson, SHUT THE FUCK UP! How may gold medals did you win? Oh just one gold medal. and 2 silver medals. Oh, but wait you cheated and had them taken away, darn. Fuck you, jerk off.

Miscellaneous Thoughts

• I’m not watching any mens diving, forget it.
• If one of the women doesn’t do a cannon ball off the 10 meter platform I say no one wins gold.
• Why do all of the women running track have outie belly buttons?
• Why the HELL are they dumping softball and baseball from the Games? The IOC says it’s because of the lack of competition. (Only about 100 countries have organized baseball or softball clubs.) Well, for that matter how many have the Steeplechase clubs? It’s retarded. It’s because the USA has won every single gold medal in softball since it was adopted in 1996. They’re dropping baseball because MLB won’t let it’s players take part in the games. It would ruin the season. The IOC want professionals in baseball and basketball. Both the MLB and the IOC are punishing those softball players for kickin’ ass. Again it’s totally retarded.
• Badmiton is just a lame as it sounds. Where the hell are the lawn darts?
• Ditto for ping pong.
• You tweeters need to stop giving away the endings to gold Medal matches. UR DOIN’ IT WRONG!!!
