Seriously, 3 dates from a real women that I otherwise would not have met if I didn’t have this blog. But she was smart and saw though my shenanigans pretty quickly.

I’m the only single dude that blogs about himself (when I do blog) in the Kansas City Blogossiphere.

And I wild continue to do so.

The problem is that I’m not really sure where I want to spend my money. So I’ve decided to put it in your hands.

Tell me where to go! (First one to tell me to go to Hell, or to go fuck myself wins the obvious award.)

The destinations parameters are:

1. Must be a non-stop flight. I don’t want to be spending all day in the airport.
2. It must be non-stop FROM Kansas City. Don’t tell me to drive to Dallas and take a non-stop to BFE.
3. It must be on Southwest. It’s the best and most hassle free. Your options are – Seattle, Oakland, Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Albuquerque, Denver, Dallas, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, St. Louis, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Nashville, Indianapolis, Chicago, Baltimore. (I will also include Boston in this as a dark horse pick.)
4. Once you pick me a city, you have to tell me why I should go there. What should I do that I can’t do here.
5. What should I do? Where should I go? What should I see? I’ll most likely be going by myself. So I’m pretty much up for any thing.
6. Hotel recommendations?
7. Travel? Does the city have subways or some sort of light rail, or other public transportation? How should I get around in the city?
8. When should I go? Do you know of some festival or something going on in that town.
10. Weather is not an issue.

I’m thinking of going late March or April. I’ll be flying out on a Friday morning and returning Sunday afternoon or Monday afternoon.

Right now, the leader is Chicago with one vote, and one vote Boston, both via Facebook. Boston doesn’t meet the first parameter so if ts going to be a long shot for Boston.

I’m also looking for vacation packages to these cities. If you know of any that could save me some coin that would be great if you told me about them.
