Then I couldn’t fall back to sleep so I dragged my nekked ass out of bed put on some pants and my Chiefs game day long sleeve tee shirt. I checked my cell phone to find a nasty message from a friend of mine who is obviously bat shit crays for a) calling me that early on a Sunday and b) leaving me some BS about agreeing to help her do something on game day.

Bitch, done bumped her head is what I was thinking.

I call her back after that abortion of that Chiefs game. She states yelling at me for agreeing to help her with some stupid shit that she could obviously done herself but she was just too lazy to do it herself.

This conversation ensues:

The D: No you said NEXT Sunday when we talked Thursday night. Which around these parts ones NOT mean the first Sunday coming up it means the following Sunday.

Crazy Girl: No, you fucking asshole, it means the Sunday coming up. Or the next one in line.

The D: First off don’t call me names, you stupid bitch. Second, I don’t give a shit where the fuck you’re from, but around here the word “NEXT” implies that you skip one and take the next one.

CG: ARE YOU FUCKING RETARDED?

Am I the only one that thinks when someone tells me that I have to be somewhere on a certain day and they say NEXT in front of the day then it automatically skips a week?

For example if someone tells me that they need me to be some where next Tuesday, then I’m not going to think Tuesday September 16th I’m going to think Tuesday September 23rd.

If I need someone to be some where on Tuesday the I say “this coming Tuesday” or just Tuesday. Why say “next”? Its a waste of time.

If I’m in a car with someone and I want them to turn right at the next light. I expect them to through the first light and turn at the 2nd light.

Am I wrong on this?

                          

This weekend was pretty great. But I wouldn’t put it in any kind of top 10 list that’s for sure. (Side note: why is Celine Dion in my Itunes? Where the hell did I get all this lame ass shit?)

Friday I had dinner at The Jazz A Louisiana Kitchen. The food was good but the company was better.

Saturday, I went to a Cinco de Mayo cookout that The Awesome Family has every year. Keg beer, burgers, hot dogs, you really can’t go wrong with that combination. After it got dark we all ventured inside where Mr. Awesome and I played bartender mixing up Zip Locks one after the other and watching the De La hoya fight, I do find it strange that I have no idea who won the fight. But I really wasn’t paying attention to it anyway.

I bolted out of there before it was over. The EYE-talian and I had to get closer to the home base before we got too wasted. So we headed to The Twin to finish off the night.

When I got home from The Twin, I committed the ULTIMATE FUCK UP! It’s so huge it’s going to require its own post. So more on that later.

Sunday, I layed around the house sleeping it off until about 7 pm or so. Then I watched Invincible with Marky Mark (he will always be Marky Mark no matter what he does). The story is good but the move blew worse than a 5 cent Philippine hooker. Not that I know, that’s just what I’ve heard.

                          

So we all missed out fav shows last night. I’m not to broken hearted about it.(I’m more broken hearted about having my dates work dealio go long, and not being able to hang out with her.)
