I was up until 4 am this morning. I’m almost 38 years old and I still party like I’m 28. But that is just one on the may reasons I’m so fucking awe… what for it… what for it… SOME!

Saturday night I met Mr. Awesome and Scooter out at Danny’s on near the Legends. Danny’s is not officially part of the Legends its in a small strip mall at 110th and Parallel. The place is one bug room with about 20 or so high definition TV around the walls. We had a grand old time watching Mizzou get whipped like a rented mule. But K-State came close to coming from behind but still losing to Colorado. But KU lost earlier in the day also so it was all a wash. Then went over to Banana Joes which IS at the Legends. Not a big fan of that dump, but there are usually a bunch of drunk 20 year old women that we can hassle.

I left there about 11:30 and realized that I didn’t have my cell phone. But I knew I had it with me when I left the house. I started a looking for it frantically in the car, I really didn’t want to go back in to the bar looking for it. after a few tense minuets I found it under the seat. The good news is that i am still in high demand. Twenty-two text messages and one voice mail message from a girl I don’t know. (Yes, I found out who and that’s all ya get.)

Sunday, I awoke from my slumber to hear the neighbor pounding in the post for his new fence. I ate some breakfast then sleep though the entire Chiefs game. Didn’t miss any thing.

Work is going to stat kicking my ass again. Im finishing up some lose ends on one project and starting another one. This new one is going to be HUGE! (that’s what she said) its going to take me over half a year to complete (HELLO JOB SECURITY!!) So it its going to be back to 10-12 hour days 6 days a week. But if I dont get the raise im looking for in December then I going to have to get a part time job to support my hookers and blow habits.

But what does bother me is when Kansans root AGAINST fellow Kansans. (Don’t give me that crap about “The friend of my enemy is still my friend” bullshit.) You KSU Alumni, students, and boosters, should have been rooting for Kansas last night. When y’all root for anyone that’s playing against Kansas, or when the Kansas populous root for anyone that plays against K-State for that matter, is really shame, and it hits my feeling. We Kansans need to stick together and develop some pride in our state.

When I was in the Marine Corps I would always get some lame ass line from those hillbilly backwater fucks from Texas about Kansas being a lame state. I’d always tell them that if Kansans wanted to, we could easily take over the United States. Or the fact that if the U.S.A. were to be invaded the invasion would come from the gulf because Texans couldn’t hit the sky with an M-16 if they aimed it straight up. Then they would get pissed and I have to punch them in the face and stand over them yelling “Who’s the tougher state now Fuckhead!”

But I’m getting off the subject here. What I’m trying to say is when the KSU population root for Missouri. When KU plays Mizzou, in any sport, you’re basically giving your approval for SLAVERY!

And I know you wouldn’t want to do that.

So, lets get over all the name calling and the hate fullness that was the ’07 football season. And put forth all of our hated of each others schools towards the basketball season and those douche bags from Missouri.
